I bought four bras and went to return them the next day with the tags still attached from the original purchase. I got to the counter and was told that I could return the bras for in store credit only. No refund. I even spoke to a manager and was told that I would not be getting my money back even after communicating that this wasn’t an acceptable option. If I would have known that the store had no refund policy I would never have bought their unimaginable ugly bras. What happened to customer service and the customer getting their money back? This store is hiding behind a stupid policy that is on the bottom of the purchase receipt instead of putting the customer first. If it weren’t for the customer they wouldn’t be in business. I hope you enjoy your stolen money. more

My wife and I have been shopping at Trousseau in Vienna for the past ten years and always experience the best service and atmosphere. I say we shop there because when gift giving times arrive I can count on Trousseau to come through. They maintain their secured customer database and update me as to my wife's size(s) and latest preferences or for other women in my world gift certificates work great. I have gotten to know many of the staff and the owners and cannot believe that "shockingly bad service" is stating the truth. Throughout the years I have witnessed the staff working with difficult customers and know their priority is providing for their customer what they are looking for with the utmost respect and dignity. I have recommended Trousseau to friends and family and they all have had great experiences. Trousseau will even special order merchandise for customers and perform complementary alterations. Trousseau is my go to! more

I had heard great things about this store, and even recommended them. A couple weeks ago part of my bachelorette was to go here. They were friendly, but not very competent at sizing. Yesterday they treated my housemates and me horribly. One of my housemates, V, went to Trousseaus yesterday, along with her husband. The clerks didn't greet them (though she said hello to them), and though they were the only customers in the store, ignored them, so they helped themselves and were using a dressing room. When a new customer came in they were greeted and assisted, including giving her dressing room that contained the bras she was trying on to the new customer (there were 7 other empty dressing rooms). After an hour of being ignored while other customers came, were helped, and left, she left in tears. Her husband went back into the store to complain while she was in the car crying. They were dismissive and rude to him as well. When they returned home they were still upset, and I called to talk to the manager about it. The manager continued to be dismissive and rude. An hour later the manager calls back (the telephone number had not been given to them), and once I confirm that I was the one talking to her before, the manager starts insulting V. So, I hang up on her. The manager calls back immediately. I ask if she is just calling to insult me more and the manager says that she couldn't me go without letting me know that I was off my rocker. I could hear the employees laughing in the background. When our housemate J gets home and they tell him what happens. He looks up the owner and calls her. She talks to both him and me. The owner listens, but does not offer to make any amends, and basically dismisses us. She repeatedly said to both J and me 'So, what do you want me to do about it?'" and flat out tells J that she doesn't believe him. more

When looking for garments to wear under my wedding dress, I went here and found an amazing selection and a staff used to helping brides find exactly the right thing. I price compared, and found them to be equal to department stores in price, but far superior in service. They also stock other wedding items like veils, gloves and jewelry and accessories like flowergirl baskets and ring pillows. I highly recommend the place, they know how to find you comfortable undergarments. more

I've been buying my lingerie here for years. Unlike Victoria's Secret, Trousseau carries sizes for women with larger chests (and doesn't make us feel like we have two heads when we ask for them). On top of that, the styles are CUTE, and not the plain white minimizers that other places seem to think large-breasted women need! Their stuff is pricey, but you get free alterations for the life of whatever piece needs it, so it's a great deal. more

I received a gift certificate to this wonderful little lingerie boutique from a friend at my bridal shower. The place has the most perfect selection of lingerie, bras, underwear, pajamas, and other items. The staff is very friendly and they have a really wide selection of styles, sizes, and colors for such a small store! I highly recommend this place! more

I went to Trousseau looking for a boustier to wear under my wedding gown this fall. I had never been much of a lingerie person and had always bought things on sale at Victoria's Secret or at a department store. I thought I knew my size, but it turns out I was WAY OFF. The minute I walked in the door, one of the really helpful salespeople took one look at me and told me I was wearing the wrong size. She was right! When she measured me and put me in the right size bra, it was like nothing I had ever experienced. I felt supported and very comfortable. She brought back a bunch of new bras to try on, as I obviously needed to change my lingerie wardrobe! I walked out there with a pretty hefty credit card bill (I don't think any of the bras there are under $50 or $60), but I've never felt better. I've since been back and am now a huge fan of high-quality lingerie (Le Mystere and Natori are my favorites). Another great thing is that Trousseau has a "wish list" that operates similarly to a wedding gift registry. All you have to do is tell them the different items you'd like and it makes your boyfriend or husband's life a lot easier! more

This is a wonderful store for the bride-to-be looking for unique lingerie and willing to pay a little more. They have the most unbelievable tiaras and headpieces to wear with wedding veils. Be prepared to pay around the $200 price range. Someone in the area makes these tiaras for the shop. Many of the bras and panties that they carry could probably be found in department stores, especially Nordstroms. But, the fact that this store is located in a strip mall, next to Dairy Queen makes it more appealing than the mall. more

There is a huge selection of lingerie and accessories available at this store. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The saleswoman I interacted with thought I could be between two sizes so she ordered the item in both sizes for me to try on before I bought it. I never felt any pressure to buy anything. Their prices are high but not unreasonable. more
