We could`nt have had a better experience having a rep like Edith. She went totally out of her way to do everything she could to help us with our problem. After the install of the furnace, air and water heater, there was a slight problem with the heater and I called Edith every time and she made sure everything was taken care of. And all the guys Dustin, Bo and kurt were all very professional. And Thanks to Dave for coming out to our house and overseeing a couple of situations that needed tweeking. I have used trouble free exclusively for my heating and air conditioning. Midstate heating and air conditioning put the two units in for me years ago. Mark Carter has been the service person to come out and service the units last spring and this winter. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing, plus pleasant and polite to deal with.
