When John came out to discuss the install with me he spent considerable time with me. I was impressed with what he told me. Mike Dave and others came to do the work and everything went just as planned. They left the basement spotless after they were done each day. The unit works as I expected. You will NOT be disappointed with Tropical! They are a small, tight team who provide GREAT service. We had our old furnace replaced with a new HE furnace for the lower half of our house and added new A/C to an existing HE furnace for the upper half of our house. Everything was done properly and they really listened to my special requests, such as my preferred locations for the new condenser, condenser lines, venting location, etc. They even included correcting some of the short comings of the existing systems, like capping open vents, wrapping exposed vent pipes to prevent condensation, placing a water pan under the existing attic unit, and adding a condensation pump to the lower that properly drains to the basement sink. Everything turned out perfect and they did a great job of cleaning up after their work...the only reason you'd know they were there is the new equipment and the fact that they left the areas cleaner than when they started the work! Every step of the process was easy, clear and professional, from quote to install to final payment. The install team was very efficient and didn't waste any time...I actually had to convince them to take a lunch break the first day! They are VERY focused a job well done and the satisfaction of their customers. Tropical is not the absolute lowest price in town, but they are definitely competitively priced...and when it comes to "getting what you pay for", Tropical is surely your best bet! more

From my 1st contact with Krysta, I knew this was the perfect choice for me. Krysta was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The field service employees John K, Mike, John S., David E were all knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. They were very neat and did not leave a mess! When I had questions regarding the air conditioning unit, they were extremely informative! They were always pleasant and seemed genuinely happy working for Tropical Heating and Cooling. Great service. Very professional and on time. The woman who answers the phone is very nice and professional. The service technician was extremely nice, professional, on time, and accurate. He came and fixed the AC Central Air unit quickly and verified that there were no other issues with the unit. The price was very reasonable as well. He was awesome. I will definitely use Tropical Heating and Cooling for any other issues that may arise. more
