HAPPY CUSTOMER. I bought my first car from Trophy Motors over 3 years ago and it is still running great. I highly recommend shopping there first. Plus, their dealership has some pretty cool cars. My next car will come from Trophy Motors. more

This was a delusional story fabricated by Peggy and posted on her brothers site. I have spoken with Jerry and PLEASE disregard any negative comments. Peggy fabricated a story about the G35 and said the car was wrecked and had water damage. Peggy fabricates a story she is driving to Houston to exchange the car for a Honda Accord with Vick who owns an exotic car dealership. There is NO Vick and Peggy did NOT drive to Houston. A 67 year old man purchased the Honda Accord for Peggy.\r \r The G35 is on Jerry's lot and he will lose several thousand dollars on the transaction with Peggy. more

MistletoeB. has made a false review. Brian (owner at mistletoe.bulk) has a personal vendetta with a family member. Trophy Motors has been in business for over 15 years and has thousands of pleased and repeat customers. more

Used car Thieves. Jerry sold a used 2005 Infinity G35 Coupe to his sister Peggy. Peggy drove the car from the Trophy Motors parking lot to her house. The A/C did not work and the car had a bad shimmy in the front end. Peggy took the car to Houston to Vick who owns an exotic car dealership. Vick put the car on the rack and found the car had been wrecked and observed water damage. Jerry never provided a CarFax on the car to Peggy. Jerry will NOT take the car back nor refund the money paid for the car. Folks, if this is the way a used car dealer treats his family, DO NOT purchase a car from Trophy Motors. Jerry buys wrecked cars at auto auctions and attempts to pawn them off as having no problems. We agree with the other consumers that have posted on Trophy Motors. Buy from a reputable car dealer. more

TOP NOTCH 12/20/2011

My wife and I were searching for a new vehicle for a while and had nothing but bad experiences with the bigger dealerships. From the moment we stepped into Trophy Motors we had a great feeling. There was no pressure or sketchy sales tactics involved. We purchased a 2006 Toyota Solara and have been very happy with it. Jerry and company were extremely nice and were willing to work with us on all aspects. We even had some trouble with the trade in, but rather than throwing us to the curb, they worked with us to get it taken care of. \r \r I can guarantee I will be shopping there FIRST the next time I am purchasing a car. \r \r more

VERY PLEASED! 8/24/2011

I bought my second car from them and was very pleased with their friendliness, knowledge of cars, and of course the price.\r I was not pressured and the transaction went smoothly and speedy. I will definitely be a return customer. more

Total Thieves 6/8/2011

I purchased a car here some years ago and am just getting aound to posting a review. I was young at the time and did not have much experience buying cars so these guys really got me on the car. It was a Lexus IS and it had body damage on both sides un beknownst to me. It was in the eveing when I purchased the car so it would have been hard to see that it had been repainted in many places had I even known to look. Heres the proof that these guys are thieves. They had an electronic device that tells if the paint differs on parts of the car and they pulled it out and said, ""the paint all matches up perfectly, this car has never had any body damage."" A few days after purchasing the car, my brother saw it with the sun hitting it just right and said, ""this car has been wrecked, you can see where it has been repainted."" Upon further inspection the VIN numbers located on each door, two of them had overspray paint on them. I can't imagine that a seasoned dealer would have missed that, none the less they told me the car had never been wrecked. On top of that, while driving back to Austin, the brakes started grinding and one headlight went out. They said they would pay for this and in the end I only received a portion of the cost to fix these two problems. I sold the car after 6 months because of all the problems. I lost my butt on that car. If anything, I learned a good lesson about buying cars. You would be hard pressed to get anything by me now as far as used cars go! These guys are crooks. Stay away! more

Typical Dishonest Sales 4/27/2011

Spoke with Jerry the owner regarding vehicle condition. Completely mislead regarding check engine light just to make a buck. Discovered he sold me a vehicle in which his mechanic reset the computer to hide a fault code which would prevent passing an annual inspection. The code was for a catalytic converter which is not cheap. By resetting the code the vehicle would have to be driven at leat 100 miles on hwy condition and stop and go traffic to register the code for check engine light. When i brought it to the be checked out the mechanic explained the process of resetting the computer. Do not believe any thing this guy tells you. BE CAUTIOUS!!!!! more

Amazing Service, Best Cars! 12/7/2010

I had been searching for a good clean, pre-owned car for my daughter's 16th birthday. After searching all over the San Antonio area, we came across Trophy Motors in the AutoTrader. We spoke with Jerry who is the owner of Trophy Motors. He was very courteous and thorough in his description of the 2006 Jaguar X-Type (that we eventually purchased) before we made the 30 minute trip to go see them. When we got there, we were surprised to see that his dealership is not conventional at all! It was set in a beautiful country setting, with an excellent selection of vehicles and best of all: No Sales Pressure from cheap schmoozy car salesmen!!! Needless to say, we were more than pleased with the Jaguar, so much so that I returned to purchase a 2003 Dodge Viper that I had been wanting for so long! Great Service, Great selection from Civics and Rams to Vipers and Ferrari's! Don't hesitate when dealing with Jerry! more

Awful experience 5/31/2009

I drove 5 hours to buy a GTO with bank check in hand and deposit down. Phil, the representative there, told me the car had one scratch on it and was missing the trunk carpet. When I got there, bumpers were misaligned, the spoiler was cracked, interior pieces were broken off, the car had been broken into, it had been badly repainted, it had no floor mats, there had been standing water on the carpet, the shifter stick rattled like a freight train (you had to hold it to make it be quiet), and much more. He would come down only $750 (although that took a while, he just didn't care) for the $2000+ of damage he failed to mention. He treated us horribly, showing little concern for my loss of gas money, time, and other prospective deals I gave up to get this car. It was disgraceful. I just wanted to warn prospective buyers of a less than reputable seller. Pros: Interesting selection Cons: Terrible customer service, false adversing more

Trophy Motors was incredible when helping me locate a vehicle. They did not have what I was looking for in stock, but went the extra mile to locate the exact car I wanted, at a reasonable price. They have also been helpful in answering many questions that I have had about the car, and have helped me out in every way possible. Pros: Outstanding Customer Service, Very Personable more
