Big dose of RUDE 8/7/2007

The receptionist or whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and they never treated me like they even cared that I was there! The owner(?) was extremely late, slow and didn't at all do what I wanted and kept taking breaks during the cut. I hated my experience all around and have told everyone how aweful and inconciderate the staff was. Pros: Location Cons: Treatment by Staff and Owner more

Beautiful Salon!! I came from New York, and love the whole atmosphere. They have Aveda, Bumble & Bumble and L'occitane products. All my favorites. I received a chair massage while I waited for my hair appointment, and a hand treatment while my color was on. both complimentary. I will definately return. more
