Authentic lofts with character 5/27/2011

I was a little put off originally by the exterior of the building but once you see the interior, you will fall in love with the space. Interesting floor plans with awesome elevated ceilings with exposed piping. Exposed brick walls, huge windows and hardwood floors- LOVE these lofts! Great space for creative people, lots of artists and creative types as neighbors. Definitely recommend it as a great place to live or work. more

Great place to live, this area has improved dramatically in past 6 months! Secure, safe, great manager!\r Less than 100 ft from house of blues, great Irish pub (stout house) just around corner, jade theater across street! Four blocks to horton plaza and gaslamp. underground parking , pets , great neighbors Pros: close to everything Cons: 1 laundry room , but only 45 units more
