Triton Towing

Triton is a joke they do not follow TDLR rules or the Williamson county rules! They over charge!! Have no lights in there lots!Your stuff is never safe at night! You have to wait longer then 1 hour to get your car out! There drivers do not know what they are doing! If u call them you have to wait a long time till they show up!!! Drivers are rude!!! And every time someone rights a bad comment it gets taken off!!!!! NEVER USE THEM. There allso called Triton Recovery, Triton incident management,collision craft there the same thing! more

The young man from Triton has made me trust towing companies again. My Geico Insurance called them and they were great. I have had bad experiences with another tow company in Oak Hill that made me really cringe when I needed a tow but these guys were so great that I will have Geico get them from now on. more

Triton Towing is a great tow company, to be honest I wouldn't use anyone else in town. I have never seen such clean drivers and trucks before. Most tow truck driver are rude and grungy looking not these guys! They have helped me plenty of times and I wouldn't go to anyone else! I highly recommend these guys to ANYONE! I waited for 2 hours on the toll for my stupid roadside service that never came. I called Triton just to see if they were on my roadside plan and they weren't on the service so I would have to pay. Well I said I would give the other service 30 more minutes and call back. About 20 minutes later here comes a truck behind me. I get out and to my surprise IT WAS TRITON. I said ""Hey you said you weren't taking my roadside service"" to which he says ""I'm not I just wanted to check on you."" Well he stayed there with his lights on while I waited. Now after 3 hours with no roadside help I told the Triton man to just take it to the shop. He Loaded me and my car and took me to JC auto in Round Rock which paid my tow fee and gave me a ride home. The nightmare was the waiting for something I pay for on my insurance that is basically worthless when you need it when I could have paid $75 and been gone in 20 minutes! Nightmare avoided. I no longer order the roadside program for $200 a year. I know who to call. more

When my car broke down I called my auto repair shop and they told me to get Triton to come tow my car--they were there within 10 minutes and even took care of taking my keys to the shop so they could start working on my car. The driver was clean and very nice--Not your average scary dirty looking tow truck driver!! The tow truck they used to tow my car looked brand new and clean! Pros: Fast more
