And, in that soup is an entire hardboiled egg and savory herbs, some browned, some raw minced, rustic, distant, alpine, perhaps, ensconced in a window seat and table (feeling as though A Man Of The World) with all the days accomplishments snugged away, trying to picture a local or two, or some passerby, deep in the burnished orange of imagination and out upon the sidewalk at the outdoor table, the heat of summer, sun and sunshine and the glowing refractions of sun brazen upon the metal of parked cars, north of the shore, with all of North Jersey emptying in draggles and droves to the seaside, the city street to oneself in the afternoon, and another gulp of beer goes down with the reveries, and the borscht is done, and out come PIEROGIES! handmade, better than a daydream, and not just five or six, but a full steaming buttery dozen.
Pros: BORSCHT. PIEROGIES.
Cons: The space was a bit small, tight.
