If I could rate lower I would. TripleK came out to provide a quote for a fence which they did but I asked if we could go a little bit lower. The individual that quoted me said he would have to ask his boss and he would get back to me, he never did. I call TripleK looking for this guy and I get Keith the so called President of the company but due to his immaturity, inability to communicate, and serious lack of leadership skills he is just another contractor. Anyway, Keith apparently felt insulted and let his emotions speak for him because he was rude and self-centered. He is not the only one that can put up a fence and now he will not get my money or anyone I know. I will never refer this company to anyone. TripleK seriously needs to look changing their leadership structure because they just lost out on 13K because of Keith. more

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! I don't know how these people are still in business. If you search different sites for reviews you will see exactly what they are like. I didn't search for reviews because their name has been out there so long and their price was great. BIG MISTAKE! Terrible workmanship ? approximately 80% of the edges are extremely rough and splintered, the concave cuts to the top of the fence are uneven, a few boards didn?t have ANY nails in them and there was no cement around the post (you could wiggle the fence like crazy). And when I called to let the ?manager/owner? know and have them come back out and fix their work, I got cursed out and yelled at! I've been in some form of customer service most my life and am super nice to people even when making a complaint because I know what it can be like dealing with customers. So to get yelled at by the company was completely unreal! After fighting with them to come back out to nail the boards up and to actually put more

We live in Western Prince William County, VA and these people service our county and many other bordering counties too. They were extremely professional and courteous. What really impressed us is they showed up in uniforms and left our yard the exact way it was when they came in to build our 4 ft fence. \r \r Because we have two home owner's associations, we had to ensure the fence was within acceptable specs. They did a PHENOMENAL job with the design, placement of the 3 gates, construction and we've recommended them to many of our neighbors and friends. Even though they are busy, we didn't have to wait long at all to have them schedule the visit. Decent pricing too. We are very happy we used them...it's been a few years now and our fence is still looking and standing great. Highly recommended. more
