Triple AAA Simply The Best Concrete

I used AAA to resurface my deck using Spray Deck. The owner ,Dave, was very friendly but did not come off very confident in his knowledge of resurfacing(this became apparent as the job proceeded).Everything we discussed about how the job would be done,pressure cleaning,power washing,priming,etc was contradicted by his crew. They did not acid wash or prime the deck before painting. The crew seemed to have an attitude about everything,annoyed at the world or something. It showed in their sloppy work,spray deck on the screen enclosure and my patio doors. When the painting was complete there were many areas that had to be touched up because you could still see the spray deck underneath. Dave came back with a new gallon of paint and tried his best but he just painted the spots that were missed and not a larger area and when the paint dried you could see where it was touched up(different color). I ultimately had to paint a large area of the deck myself so the paint "patches" were not showing anymore. Dave is a good guy that needs a new crew. Pros: Owner is very nice. I had researched south florida to find a reputable company to do my stamped driveway and patio. I found many salesman who showed up at my house and not only seemed clueless but they used high pressure tactics to try to close me on the spot. When I contacted AAA the actual owner of the company Dave actually showed up at my house to do the estimate. He told me that he did all the estimates himself and does not employ any sales people. He proceeded to explain the whole process to me from start to finish and showed me pictures of work he had done in the area. What I liked the most is their was no hard sell and he gave me an extremely reasonable price. After signing a contract he stayed in touch with me through the entire permit process and told me when he had the permit ready from the city. His team showed up to do the deck and driveway when they said they would and in a short time I had my new stamped driveway and deck ready to use. Dave and his team were extremely courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions during the entire process, and trust me I ask ALOT of questions. I would recommend them to anybody needing concrete work in the south florida area.... Pros: showed up on time, was courteous, reasonable and attentive Cons: none more
