Triple 7 Movers

Triple 7 movers moved me locally within Las Vegas. I haved moved many times in this city, rented U-Haul, hired mom n pops companies and used professional movers. Triple 7 movers surprised me with their service starting with great customer service and ending with professional teams and state of the art equipment. Im used to get two lazy and old workers with deing trucks that can barely get onto the highway. While my average moving time with the other companies took around 9 hours for a 2 man team triple 7 movers finished the entire move beyond my expectations within 3 hours with 3 man team!! The team got in did a walk through and instructed me to kick back on my recliner, they made sure this was the last item going onto the truck, and the first item coming off, so god forbid I will have to stand up for a minute, all the items were professionally and efficiently wrapped loaded unloaded and reassembled. Nothing bad to say! You gotta try these guys more

This company is horrible. I was told I had to give a ""fully refundable"" deposit of $300 even though i hadn't signed a contract. When I canceled all communication ceased after that and after 2 weeks of unreturned phone calls to Heidi she told me it wasn't looking good. When i tried to call the ""boss"" he wouldn't return my call! That is terrible service if I ever experienced it. Now I have to waste my time trying to get my deposit back!! more

This moving company is horrible! Do not believe the smooth Salesman and insincere antics of their employees. I believe they are all cooks!! Bottom line: I was quoted $2,350 and ended up paying $7,000 to move 135 miles! They held my belongings hostage, so that I would pay them this outrageous price. more

tripple 777 moving quoted our family a great price. The price went up almost 4 times from what we were quoted. Ww had so many items lost and broken. When we tried to talk to the owner ( itay Dodon ) we were told to go f*** off. They were going to send their people to come take us out. We refused to sign the blackmail letter and things got worse from there. We now have hired a lawyer. TSA has issued them 2 sitations that we have to appear on. Now The commissions authority is involved, the NV Autorney General, Dept of tatxation, and the State of NV. They are all going after this company. TSA has done a sting operation on this company and thankfully that will also be included in our case. They also went to home depot in las vegas and hired workers. But when they arrived in Reno they tried to do the same thing. Well haha to this company. In Reno, there are no illegals hangin out at home depot. They then said they were taking our items untill they found workers to empty the truck. WE had to call our lawyer and the police. We filed a police report, TSA report, and are now filing a law suite. In all my years working with the public, I have never seen a company use the words they did with us or treat someone the way they did. We didnt get the 2nd truck till a week later. (but all our items were to come on one truck load). So much was gone and missing. we had items that didn't even belong to us. We were told to just throw them away. What if the people who got our items just threw them away. We are missing over $30,000.00 in items and that does not include all the damages. The inventory sheet does not match the items moved so once again we were told to go f*** off. When it seems to good to be true BEWARE!!!!!!!!! more
