I used Trios for jewelry repair. No purchases yet. I have to say, though, that the jeweler there (Deborah) is really great. I had two items. One of them was a necklace, and another jeweler said the work I wanted done couldn't be completed without ruining the setting. Deborah not only didn't ruin the setting, but did great work and charged what I thought was a very minimal fee. For the other item, a set of earrings, she did the repair for $5, including offering to make new wires, where the jeweler at a different store (who broke one of the wires) wanted $20 to repair what he broke.
Pros: Great work. Friendly owners. Easy parking.
