Poor service. I was very excited about this place because they do give good hair cuts. Pros: Great haircuts Cons: rude, poor service

Do Not Go To This Salon 4/14/2010

HOrrible HOrrible HOrrible. Never, Never, Never go to this salon. Not only was the front desk receptionist extremely rude, but the staff was inattentive and was only concerned about hurrying their work so that they could run out the door at 5:00. My hair looks horrible. The worst color job that I 've ever had done. more

Third haircut a disaster 1/17/2007

I'm a licensed cosmetologist since 1969. I've done my own haircolor and haircuts for that many years because I was never happy with the results when I would try to go to a salon to be pampered for a change. I went to Trio 3 months ago for a color (gulp) and haircut (double gulp). Heesun has hit a home run 3 times with the color. Marisol gave me two great cuts and then blew it totally this third time. What a mess. Its going to take at least six months of growing out before I can shape it up. $72 for such a disappointment. I guess I'm back doing my own hair again. more

Great staff, unpretentious salon 11/21/2005

I had my haircut by Amanda at Trio Salon and also a highlight. I have curly hair and Amanda did a great job with both. My highlights turned out just as I wanted and the cut was also awesome. The staff at Trio are professional, friendly and it's fun. Completely unpretentious which I worried about, especially with it's Burlingame location. I am so happy that I found such a great salon that is close to me. I would recommend Amanda to any of my friends. more

Worst Hair Experience 7/14/2005

I tried THREE of their hair stylists and I didn't like any of their work! They don't concentrate on individual customers - they take two and switch off on the two customers' hair, so they never get the job done quite the way you want it. They gave me the wrong color of highlights, and they never pay attention to the results or their customer's satisfaction. I'm never going back their again! more
