HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!\r GWEN the OWNER IS VERY RUDE\r I agree with the previous reviewer. This business cannot be run any worse than it is. She is very rude to her clients and only care about money. \r She bought some used tuxedos from an old auction in Oklahoma and when the movers came to deliver her goods, she refused to pay and called the police. \r Of course the police came out there and made her pay for before she got her goods. \r I would not recommend anyone to shop here more

We had an awesome experience here. My son rented a tux for prom and had to take it back 3 times because he kept growing. They exchanged the pants for a bigger size the first time, then went back to get the hem adjusted and they were super super friendly. It was a great experience from the beginning. Would definitely go here again and would recommend. more

I gave it one star because thats the lowest!!!!I would NEVER recommend anyone go here!!!! I tried ordering my daughters dress here & they cud nt guarantee it bk by prom, no big deal rite?? i did some searching online & found it 70 cheaper w/ the guarantee it wud be bk..i ordered it from Ny Dress Co..that same day....i call Trinkets bk & exlpained wat id found & the owner lost her mind!!!! She was rude & obnoxious to say the least !!!!... she even denied service to a friend of my daughters & treated the girl & her mother like crap!!! This store doesnt deserve a star!!!! The owner is crazy & needs to be commited!!!! Please heed my review & go elsewhere!!!!!!!! more

Black prom dress 3/28/2011

i had been looking for a prom dress since January, and still did not find anything. Three weeks before prom however i stopped by Trinkets & Treasures and found the PERFECT dress!!! i only had to try on two 2 find it. the staff was VERY VERY VERY helpful and VERY VERY nice. i will go back there if i need another formal gown. so glad to have the dress and not need alterations, that never happens. more

LOVE Trinkets and Treasures 3/4/2011

I absolutely LOVE Trinkets and Treasures. I have purchase three gowns from this store and all of them have been stunning. The customer service was simply amazing. The ladies that work there take time to actually work with you and help you find a gown that is best suited for you. The prices are great, the service is great, as is the selection of dresses. We got my boyfriend's tux there too and they spent just as much time with him as they did me. I plan on going back here when I get married to find the perfect dress like I know I will. more

Love This Store! 12/31/2010

I've shopped at Trinkets & Treasures more than once, because I love this store! We've gotten a beautiful prom gown, rented a sweet tux at the best price in our area, and had an awesome, fun bridal gown fitting session. On each of our visits the staff was very helpful and their selection was very nice. The prices are also very nice. I absolutely recommend this salon on all levels: selection, price and service! more

A perfect store <3 6/13/2010

I have nothing but great things to say about this store! I was looking for an inexpensive dress for my prom this year, and they had an amazing selection of dresses for 50$ and 100$. I ened up buying a more expensive one, and had it altered. The people they have do alterations do an exceptional job. I loved the store enough to go back, and buy ANOTHER gown within a month off of the 50$ rack. Its beautiful and I plan on wearing it to a function this summer. The staff there is by far the nicest I ever met. Gwen could not have been any nicer. She sat with my mother and I and just talked. She gave me advise on what to do with my hair for prom, and it looked stunning. I will return to this store for all dresses I buy, I will recommend them to my friends ( I already did to one, and she bought a dress there), and I will visit back just to enjoy the atmosphere and hospitality that the staff offers their patrons. more

Trinkets & Treasures is perfect for Morristown 9/29/2009

I purchased a formal gown for my daughter. We received personal attention. This was a first for us. We were not rushed and had a great time. The prices are reasonable. I did not have time to go out of town. She looked beautiful and by the way, her parents are Caucasion and African American. I will go back. more

Trinkets & Treasures is a good clean & friendly store 9/9/2009

I went in and got a tux for my prom in April 09... The Ladies that worked there was really nice and spoke clearly. Im gay and I found no offensive nonsense in the workplace and overall they were extremely helpful and well grounded. They even helped me cover the tux charges because @ the time I couldnt afford one. So to the people thats going on about this womans shop needs to lay off. I will continue to shop @ Trinkets and Treasures when I need to be dressed. thanks ladies from trinkets and treasures, Your work will be in my prom pictures for a life time. :P :) more

Trinkets & Treasures is the Shop to go to 8/31/2009

I would like to say what a wonderful experience that our bridal party had at Trinkets & Treasures! After visiting a number of stores this shop had it all: beautiful dresses and professional staff. The Brides Maids dresses were adored by the weddings guests and the bridal gown was beautiful. The staff was remarkable and the service was excellent- their attention to their clients is unmatched :) The owner of this shop was a pleasure to work with and also in the future I will return to the shop to do business. Thanks again Trinkets & Treasures for all your help. more

trinkets and treasures is one of the most enjoyable places I have ever had the privilege to shop at while my wife and I were shopping for my tux and the tuxes for our groomsmen the staff there were extremely knowledgeable and friendly their attitudes were the best of any formal shop we had ever been in while getting fitted a beautiful dress caught my wife's eye and she later returned where she was greeted by friendly faces and big smiles and purchased her dress there and got a great deal I can truly say our wedding was a big success and I am thankful for the help they gave us and I would recommend this store for anyone who needs any type of formal wear not only are they reasonable on prices they are knowledgeable and classy and make you feel that your business is appreciated and important and the store is super clean.with a wide variety of everything elegant more

Trinkets & Treasures is A REAL TREASURE!!! 7/20/2009

What a great experience!! I finally know what "southern hospitality" means!! After weeks of looking for the perfect dress the staff at trinkets & treasures fulfilled my dreams!!! If only I had come here first!! What a selection to choose from, at great prices!! My only problem was trying to decide on which one of the many beautiful gowns to choose!! I walked out with the perfect dress & accessories too!! I can't wait for the next costume party, they also have a huge selection of original costumes!! Thanks to all the staff for their expert service!! It was a pleasure to be assisted by such knowledgeable people!! more

A real trip ! 1/31/2009

The costumes were nice and the price's were reasonable. But the people that run that place need to learn how to speak English. I believe one of them was chewing tobacco or gnawing on a hog jowl.\r Pretty good overall experience though and I would return again if for nothing better than listen to the old lady in there try to talk. more

I absolutely had the best experience here. I went in to look at wedding dresses. The first one i tried on was THE one. The ladies at the store were sooo nice and helpful in getting the dress. They made me feel like they wanted me to be happy. The price for my dress was AMAZING and unbeatable. Gorgeous, extravagant beading, long train...$399. I had been to david's bridal and I got a dress similar to a db style but sooo much cheaper. I would advise anyone to try trinkets and treasures before purchasing a wedding dress elsewhere. more

SHOPPING AT IT'S BEST 8/28/2008

I recently went in trinkets and treasures looking for a specific style of wedding dress after looking at many different shops I found the one of my dreams at trinkets and treasures and after trying several dresses on I made the purchase of my southern belle dress and then browsed the store and noticed a full line of elegant formal gowns and prom dresses that I would of loved to of had for my prom and after speaking with the friendly, helpful lady's in the store they told me of their costume department upstairs and I just had to look and found hundreds of the most amazing costumes that were so unique from infant sizes to adults if you name it they have it or can get it my husband even got his wonderful western tux there. one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences of my life.if you like anything from plain to elaborate then shop at this store the help and knowledge of the staff is wonderful. more

A Treasure Chest of Costumes and Formal Wear 11/14/2005

Trinkets and Treasures is a relatively small shop, but don't let that dissuade you from visiting them. They offer an amazing assortment of costume rentals. We have patronized them several times for costumes for plays, school events, and parties. They have a complete range of sizes in tuxedos for formals. They rent everything you need, right down to the shoes. While they don't rent formal gowns, they do sell them. My daughter recently purchased a gorgeous wine-colored gown there for an unbelievably low price. You'll love this place! PROS: Many beautiful costumes CONS: Downtown parking is limited more

This charming store is operated by a charming lady.She knows everything about costumes,and has an artist's eye for detail.Her shop carries thousands of costumes,all clean and in excellent condition.She will aid you in finding the perfect accessories to complement any that you choose to rent.Her rates are very reasonable,especially considering the lack of competition.She opens the shop 7 days a week. more

This is a really cool store that carries a wide variety of formal wear and costumes, as well as other "trinkets" and "treasures". They have inexpensive tuxedo rentals for the budget wedding, a nice selection of wedding dresses, and just about any costume you can imagine. There is also a selection of interesting costume jewelry and accessories such as hats, tiaras, and scarves. more
