I am so glad I chose this maid service! I have family in town for the holidays and between my children and the impending visit of family, I didn't have enough time to clean my home. A friend referred me and the ladies who cleaned did a great job! My kids get toothpaste everywhere and I was so happy to see how clean their bathroom was. They even paid attention to the hanging fixture in the dining room. There was a good deal of dust that I always seem to forget when I clean and these gals got it! Definitely continuing service! more

GREAT JOB! The team at Trinity Maids did a great job on my home and my parents home! The maid was pleasant, helpful and worked so hard to make sure that both houses were perfect. I bought a Group for this place last year. after trying no less than 7 times to call and leave messages I was told they were overwhlemed and couldn't get to my request until March 2012. Which was fine. I schedule an appointment in March and April. In the middle of march, I called to verify my appt time and was told they came by my house but no one was there so I had to reschedule in May but my April appointment is still on the books. I called to confirm my appointment last week and their rep verified for April 13th Since then she has called 2-3 trying to sell me on carpet cleaning and weekly,by weekly, monthly cleaning service. Today they called and told me they would not be coming as my house is out side of their radius of business. The onwer said she told my wife this when she called her about the Groupon...YET, they still had us on the schedule for cleaning??? Pretty simple to say that the owner is a liar!!! Not the type of business I am willing to give money to when there has to be much better people and businesses out there. more

The owner is COMPLETELY unprofessional, if you tell her something she does not want to hear, she hangs up on you and refuses to communicate even if she has your money. She is extremely juvenile and I warn all of you to beware. She cannot be consistent with her employees due to this behavior and so different people are constantly in your house which causes inconsistencies in the cleaning. The cleaning that you pay for is nothing short of mediocre. She uses alcohol and vinegar. If you wonder why you cannot see that it is clean, then you will understand after asking for a list of products she uses. more

The service was awesome; such specific attention to detail. I am so impressed. WOW! This kind of clean would take my whole weekend. Trinity Maids came in while I was at work and did thier magic. I love this service! more
