What a wonderful experience. I found Trinity’s post on Craigslist and decided to give them a call when the spring on my garage door broke. From the first call they were very professional and efficient. The person I talked to on the phone said they had a guy out in the area that could possibly make it by today. He said he would call me back shortly “ Which he actually did”! He said the technician had two stops before me and that he would be by later in the day. About an hour later I received a call from Jason, and he informed me he would be at my house within a half hour “And He Actually Was”!! He was professional, clean cut, fast, courteous, respectful, and very nice to deal with. He answered all of my questions and even upgraded me “for free” to a heavier spring due to the fact I insulated my garage door. \r After talking with other people in my neighborhood who have replaced their springs, Trinity’s price was about $100 less then what other people have recently paid. I will be recommending Trinity to anyone who asks. The whole experience was better than I could have expected!!!!\r more

Was in Tampa watching my sisters kids for the weekend and had a little accident with the garage door....Trinity was the ONLY company to respond to me on a Sunday!! Came out first thing Monday morning and got everything fixed up in no time! SUPER nice and friendly owner, very efficient and pricing was much better than I expected. Very trustworthy! Not only were they considerably more reasonably priced than we saw elsewhere, but also likeable, efficient, and the garage we were ""trapped"" in is slightly *better* than new after he did a bit to help correct an original builder's goof at no extra charge. Everything is lined up, repaired, lubed, and he showed us how to re-program our old openers that lose their coding when the batteries die. Thanks -- definitely you can't go wrong -- I was motivated to become a member here so I could post after being so surprized, and for the price -- thanks again WHEW! I’ve always wanted a blue door but my landlord will not (of course) allow it. Remember Notting Hill and the scene with the blue door? That’s what IO wanted. When I FINALLY got my own small place, a blue door was one of the 1st things I wanted. To make up for the time I was deprived of this, I opted for a blue garage door.
