Tricho Salon and Spa is hit or miss. Their services are expensive, but well worth the money when done properly. They have some excellently trained colorists and aestheticians. If you should go, you should ask for Maria for massages/reflexology, Ivetta for waxing/facials, and Tiffany for hair. You will leave feeling like a million dollars. On the downside, I must say that Tricho's management and front desk help is not the greatest. There have been times when I am waiting 45 minutes because they double booked the stylist, and times when they have booked my appointment for the wrong procedure (i.e. I asked for a bleach and tone, and they booked me for a highlight; these procedures have different time durations). In the few cases where I have been dissatisfied with my hair style or service, I have brought it to management's attention, and have never been reimbursed for services or told they would redo them at their expense. Because of that, I will never go back to this salon, but if others are comfortable with taking that risks, you will be exceptionally pleased about 80-90% of the time.
