Great Piercing, not the best customer service 9/13/2011

Upon first walking in, they were quick to get my information and get me started, but in their quickness I felt a little pushed through. I wanted two piercings, did not get enough time to ask questions and didn't even get to choose my second piece of jewelry with the first guy, as I should have. (I would have gotten to choose from the entire selection vs. only what the guy had in the back where I was getting my piercing.) The guy actually doing my piercing was great. He took his time, was quick when it mattered and helped me select what I needed for the second piercing. He was sympathetic to my being nervous and thorough in explaining what was going on. more

Awesome! 10/24/2009

I just went to Tribal Rites last night to get my anti-eyebrow pierced. I had never been there before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was great! The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgable. The shop is very clean as well. I would highly recommend Tribal Rites to anyone! Pros: Very clean, super nice staff more
