Trias Flowers & Gifts

Unless you want to look like a complete asshole in front of your loved ones, do not purchase flowers from these incompetent idiots. My boss asked me to find a florist and some nice options for his wife on Mother's Day. I chose Trias because their website had what looked like their own original flower arrangements (unlike 90% of other florist companies that copy and paste the same arrangement pictures from 1800flowers). Anyway, I thought their arrangements were beautiful and unique, and so I chose a few nice options to let him decide on the final one. I placed the order online on Friday and immediately received a confirmation email. Card was charged instantly as well. On Saturday I call them just to be double sure, and confirm the order again. The girl said everything was fine and the flowers would be delivered the next day, Sunday, May 11th. \r \r Today it is Monday, May 12th, and guess what?! THE ASSHOLES DELIVERED 0 FLOWERS. My boss says he spent the entire day calling them, trying to figure out what the hell was going on, but no one could give him a straight answer, except that they would get delivered. These fucktards didn't even have the decency to tell him the truth, ""Sorry sir, we are just so full of ourselves that we think we can handle a high volume of clientele but in reality we're all just a bunch of moron thieves that really only want to take your money and take business away from other florists who I'm sure would have delivered a beautiful arrangement to you with no problems. We spend most of our money on an awesome website to deceive people and make them think we are a legit serious business, but in reality, we just sit here and laugh as we watch ourselves ruin Mother's Day for all of you today.""\r \r So in conclusion, unless you don't give a crap about the person you are sending flowers to, DO NOT give these people your money. I mean really, how hard is your job? If you can't handle the amount of orders you're getting in, then put a stop to it. Don't just lie to your customers and tell them they are getting flowers that you know damn well you were never planning to deliver. I hope this shit hole closes down. Been sitting on hold for 20 minutes after an abrubt lady asked me what I wanted and shoved me on hold. I used to get flowers from this shop but apparently their service has gone waaaay downhill. i'll try another florist... more

Excellent does not even begin to describe how good these people are. The quality and quantity of the flowers, the arrangement, the timeliness of the delivery, all exceeded my expectations by such a wide margin that Trias is the only florist I will ever go to in Miami.
