Good Customer service 1/7/2009

My dog chewed the cord off the back of my vaccum (and into a thousand pieces). luckily these folks didn't see any issues with that! In just a few days I had a brand new (and longer/more convenient) cord back on there and it works better than ever. They were very nice, fast, efficient and priced well! more
