i bought an extended warranty on my tv when i purchased{$150} it.now i need it repaired, an you must deal w/ the pple they send you,anyway they complained about having to drive all the way to my area, the tech comes in , works on tv for an hour an a half then i hear a loud snap, tech say ouch, then he call some one else,then he said i must take it w/ me,can you help me carry it/but if you want them to uphold the warranty you must help carry tv out an back in.well 2 weeks later they bring it back, but now instead of no screen , now most everything is green,lol.later i called back ,george answered i told him of problem an he hangs up,,very professoinally thoe .then i decided to call back an see if they were a active member of the Better BusinessBereau ,same response hang up,very poor operation do not recommend to anyone,,ty

Cons: must carry your own tv in an out for them to uphold your war
