Very Pleased 9/28/2011

We are very pleased after just receiving our oriental rug back from cleaning and fringe repair. Tri-Wave Carpet & Vinyl Inc did an excellent job and we will use them again in the future. The carpet looks amazing its like we got a new rug back from them, but it's still our family hand me down. Now I understand why my neighbors recommended Tri-Wave Carpet & Vinyl Inc service. more

Very impressed with their service. These guys were professional and didn't even need me to tell them trouble areas; they knew right away where to focus I asked them to clean an area rug in addition to the carpets and they did a very good job. I will definitely use these guys from here on out for carpet cleaning. more

Tri-Wave Carpet & Vinyl did such a nice job, I gave the first carpet to my son & his wife when they married and bought a house. It's the centerpiece of their living room. My parent's carpet was so clean and repaired, my mother actually thought we bought her a new carpet! Surprise Mom!... see, it's your old/new carpet... recognize the iron impression?? more

Your company installed ceramic over a very ugly brick fire place the was installed in 1973, it made my den look like a home that was just built today. Employees arrives on time, did all the work within 6 hours. Cleaned up every dust particle and walk out with the job that was well done any other in my home will be done by your employees. more

I was extremely pleased with the customer service at the store as well as during installation of my bathroom vinyl floors. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable of their products and installation procedures. The installers also disposed of all scraps/trash and cleaned up before they left. more

Poor Vinyl Installation Work 5/9/2011

The installers were nice but the quality of their work was poor. When they were finished, the floor was dirty and had some scuff marks. The walls were marked up from removing the old vinyl - they weren't careful removing it. They didn't have a nail gun with them to put back the trim molding so they just used a hammer and nails resulting in a need for a lot of repainting. They also did a poor job caulking the trim. One of the doorways carpet trim pieces has two big hammer marks so I am going to have to replace it. I recommend that you find someone else to do your work. more

They helped me select the best carpet for my house, gave me a very competitive price and started the job right on schedule and finished a day earlier that they had anticipated.
