Tri-State Water & Air Solution

Tim D. was my installer. He called me ~ 30 minutes before showing up at my house. Very important-now a days-everyone has a cell phone---No excuse not notifying the customer that they are on their way--gives the customer a sense of caring about the issue. Upon entering my home, Tim was always very polite and courteous. He reviewed the situation and began giving me suggestions on where to put the 2 pound tank for code purposes. It was agreed on and he began his work. Tim explained everything he was going to do before removing my old water heater. I asked him if I could help him take the old water heater out and he said no---that he was able to handle it himself. When asking him if his company does other types of plumbing, he responded " Yes" and I continued to show him several valve replacements that I might want done. He said just to call his company and make arrangements. At the end of the installation process, Tim cleaned up any mess from the process, which I appreciated very much. When completed, Tim sent me a bill to my email address and explained all the charges on the bill. Overall- Tim was VERY professional and polite and I would recommend him as doing my plumbing again. Called 30 minutes before arriving. Disposal I had ordered would not work, he went with me back to the store, recommended which one I get(which was cheaper than the original) and had it installed in about 30 minutes. more
