My brother Michael Manning passed away on January 25, 2010.My mother choose to use Tristate because other family members were prepared there. In the past the family was satisfied and didn't have any problems, until the nightmare with my brother. I Angela Manning on the other hand was very unpleased with the final result of my brother Michael Manning. Tristate as in Mr. Tellington assured me that even though Michael Manning my brother would not be buried until Feb.9,2010 , he would be able to do a good job on him because he had good coloring, he said that he would turn a little darker but nothing significant .Mr. Tellington had three pictures of my brother in his possession and the initial picture he took before or after picking my brother up from the medical examiner office which he showed me and the picture was as I remember my brother. My brother was a broad shoulder man with a robust chest . Upon viewing Michael I didn't see anything that reminded me of my brother. First let's start with him being a broad man on top, when I saw my brother it was like all my memories of him were not there because Mr. Tellington had erased the face i once knew and loved,he turned it into a totally different person.Maybe i can be a little forgiving in the size of his chest and shoulders ,because my brother was shot at close range several times in the chest. But if there was to be a problem with the appearance of my brother's body due to the multiple gun shot wounds he sustained,he should have stated that at our first meeting, which he did not. So there fore i cannot forgive him. My brothers face was transformed into some one else's, from his skin coloring,mustache, hair cut, eyes and face i couldn't recognize my brother.Mr. Tellington you did a horrible job on what was once a handsome man i will never be able to live down the pain and hurt you cause me when i first saw my brother and that is unforgivable!!! Me and my family were very dissatisfied with the way you took care of my brother you lied to me and my family. If you couldn't preserve my brother's body you should have told me and the family just that, but you were dishonest and just wanted our $ 3,652 which didn't include the $3,500 for burial. You also lied about the casket my brother was buried in, you said that was the one i selected which is untrue. We should have never had to go through such horrible dishonesty and incompetence at our time in sorrow and need. Mr.Tellington Tristate I wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy! I am hurt and dissatisfied in your skills and performance in the handling of my family member! Regretfully, Angela Manning and family
