HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We reserved this limo service for our anniversary and they couldn't keep the times straight and kept increasing the hourly rate. Not only did they cut the limo ride short because they "had to pick up someone else downtown in 45 minutes", but they over charged our credit card for the time they were driving someone else around. When I called to ask for a refund for the time we didn't have the limo, Tracey told me they would submit a refund on our credit card. 2 weeks later, when we still had not received the refund, I called back and talked to Tracey again. She said it would appear on the credit card in 2 days. Later that night a rude man (I'm assuming the owner...) called and argued with me then put me on hold for quite a while. He tried to change the hourly rate AGAIN and wanted to argue about the times we had reserved the limo. He refused to send the refund, even though we were clearly overcharged and I had been told twice we would be getting our money back!
