I went to this luggage store on a recommendation from someone who knew the parents of the current owner, Zachary Medwin. They said his parents had created a terrific business out of Tri City Luggage. \r

Apparently, Medwin doesn't care about legacy. I was looking to buy a medium-sized piece of luggage for a planned trip to Israel. I was surprised to see Medwin selling the luggage himself. But he wanted me to overspend on a pricey piece, rather than buy a bag that was appropriate for my purchase. When I explained that Tumi was a little out of my price range for my occasional travel needs, he was incredibly condescending and arrogant, trying to bully me I think!! And I can see that this attitude extends to his behavior toward employees -- the one guy who was working there bersides Medwin seemed like he wasnt very happy. The owners ego definitely comes through in his sal;es pitch. I will never set foot in that place again.
Pros: good parking
Cons: everything else
