Tri-Valey Air Systems responded to my needs in a very prompt and professional manner. The technician, Jason explained everything he was doing and why, and in terms that I could understand. This really put my concerns at ease and I trusted that I would not be taken advantage of. Not only does my AC system work better and more efficient than I ever thought possible, the bill was a lot ess than I had anticipated it would be. How good is that! They also went the extra mile and made a few adustments to better aid in the maintenance of the system. I truly feel that I got more than my on money's worth, and highly recommend them. more

The company had close to immediate availability, good communication, friendly workers, and were reasonably priced. 69.95 per air conditioner for a checkup and maintenance. They replaced the rusted tie-downs, cleaned the conditioners, and provided a system review. more

THEY CAME IN LATER THAN THE TIME SCHEDULED BUT IT WASN'T A PROBLEM. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED THE SAME DAY. more

They were responsive, friendly, efficient, listened to me and quickly resolved the porblem. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was taken care of and were very upfront and honest. Jason Donnell and Gerry Townzen were the people who came to my home. more
