Tri Tech Mech Htg & Cooling

Tri Tech changed my existing Oil furnace for a new propane hydro air system resently. The workmanship is incredable the new system looks like a work of art. When friends come to vist now I bring them to see my mechanical room. My fuel bills are half of what I was paying before. I would recomend them as the best contractors that have worked in my house. more

I continue to receive complements on the work of art that Tony installed, from electricians, plumbers, contractors, and other oil & gas companies that have done work for me. The reason I chose Tri-Tech Mechanical for my conversions, was that they were one of the few companies that is both Buderus & Carrier certified that didn't try to rip me off. We hate to write a negative review (only our second one ever) however, they have repeatedly failed to resolve a blatant billing mistake on their end. The bottom line is that we have not been able to get our money back for a bill sent to us in error related to someone else's house which we mistakenly paid anyway. We discovered the error immediately and contacted them asking them to not cash the check. Nothing in dispute-but they went ahead and cashed the check and so far are just keeping our money. We tried repeatedly to resolve this positively. They are polite and promise to ""discuss it with there boss"" but to date, no check. Avoid. more
