Tri State Towing & Transport

I was not aware you allowed your drivers to use illegal drugs during work hours. I thought they needed to follow very strict regulations because there is a CDL involved. My thought is you may want to drug test your drivers...you might not like what you see. more

The woman on the phone was really nasty. I only ask how much longer after waiting an hour will the tow truck take. She said ""He will get there when he get's there"". Then she said please hold, and she never came back on the phone. I will cancel my service with this company and I will NOT use them again. Very, Very bad customer service. I do not recomend this company. Be advised. more

My experience with this company is horrible. The manager "" Keith"" will never return any phone calls or pay a damage claim to our vehicle that they caused while changing a flat tire on the side of the road. more

If you would ever need a towing then you are probably on the short end of the lucky stick to begin with. Typical towing company with $50 a day to store your vehicle. Towing guys are superb, professional, and most importantly generous. Had my car towed there, thought my day was getting better with the courteous helped received by the towing guy that came. Had to leave my car there for a couple of days and when I called several times to ask questions about hours of store, prices, and payment procedures... I was in for a rude awakening every single time with the same receptionist with rude attitude and a tone a voice which made me felt like a nuisance, rather than an appreciated customer. Places like these are suppose to compete for your business and create a happy ending to your already hassle problem, but overall the receptionist lady just added to my frustration every single time I called. With a honest suggestion, just get another towing company if possible. If they sound rude and have no concern what so ever to your need as a customer, its not even worth the time and money doing business with that company. I just pray to god that the receptionist is the boss's wife or family member, because she is the frontline of the business and from the gecko, I already felt uneasy.
