Highly Recommend! Service a wide range of equipment.. From our walk-in coolers, A/c units, heaters, Stand alone coolers, and Ice Machines. We have over 10 locations in the stl and surrounding areas. Greg put together a great preventative maintenance package and our equipment is always working in top notch condition! When getting quotes for new or major repairs. Tri-States prices can't be beat! The service techs are always frendly and willing to explain in detail any questions you have. Greg is a great guy and is always thinking about his customers business as if it were his own. more

I was told by other contractors that the gas leaks would several months to repair in our building but your guys got it done in 1 month. You treated it as an emergency and were very efficient. I will always continue to do business with Tri State. Thank you more

BEST HVAC & REFRIGERATION CO IN ST LOUIS 3/3/2012

I own six Quiznos stores in and around the St. Louis area and maintaining our equipment is a huge part of our business being successful. This relationship is a huge one for us, and Tri-State has proven to be a partner we can trust. They have high integrity, which has built a huge trust factor in us, and excellent communication skills that assure that we are always on the same page. I have been using Tri-State since 2006, when I first met owner Greg Bruyere. Since then, they've been my one and only source for ALL my equipment repairs, including multiple refrigeration units and a double decker conveyer oven. They've always been dependable, personable, and the work is of the highest quality. Tri-State also performs quarterly maintenance to ensure my equipment performs at the highest level year round. Highly Dependable HVAC Company 1/28/2012

We used Tri State for the first time 3 years ago when we had a gas leak in the kitchen . They were out to my house within 20 minutes and got it fixed. Since then I have had my air conditioner and furnace serviced by them. Their prices have always been good and they do it right the first time. So Id give them them 5 stars for a over all good company. more

CALLED THEM TO FIX A COMPRESSOR. TURNED OUT THE COMPRESSOR WAS SHOT. INSTEAD OF BUYING A NEW ONE THEY WENT TO THE TROUBLE OF LOCATING WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED AND IF THE 5 YR EXTENDED WARRANTY WAS ALSO PURCHASED. TURNS OUT IT WAS AND THEY SAVED ME $1200.00. WON'T USE ANYONE ELSE Pros: FAST FRIENDLY & KNOWLEGEABLE Cons: NONE THAT I CAN SEE more

Highly Recommend!! 11/24/2009

My AC unit was damaged by hail and not working properly in the middle of May. It was only 3 years old. They came out the next day and gave me a couple options as to what they can do to fix it and save me money instead of replacing the whole unit which was only 3 years old. They fixed it right away and it's been working ever since and they saved me a lot of money! Pros: Excellent Timeframe, Great Communication, Properly Installed more

They were contracted to come out and install an A/C and a Heater. They broke my walls, doors, and caused my dog to get sick. These jokers need to be put out of business because their work ethics are non-professional. I have to spend $3000 more to repair the damage done to my home by them and they still want the $3000 for the work that the did not do properly. Cons: Damage to my home, unit does not work, will not fix problem more
