Outstanding Company and Service 1/10/2021

Tri-Gas came to our home and serviced our outside tank, they also did our range, and checked for a gas leak. This is the best company with outstanding service, hands down. The tech, district manager, and our Ashley; (service rep.) really made sure we were completely satisfied. They serviced us, and dealt with our issues, with the utmost respect, and actually really cared. I would highly, highly, recommend this company over any in the Middletown area. A+ and totally satisfied here in Middletown, DE. Thank you Tri-Gas for everything you did for us and continue to serve us with professionalism... more

Propane Tank Install 8/7/2019

Great team from Tri-Gas & Oil for propane tank install. Arrived early, dug in exact spot we'd chosen on a small lot and they hand trenched the line to the house. Would highly recommend them! more

Great installation service 3/31/2018

John Pinkston did a great job removing an old propane tank and installing a new tank yesterday. He set it on new concrete pads so our tank is one of the few in the neighborhood that isn't listing like a shipwreck. John also capped off an abandoned dryer supply line. Best of all he was patient with people looking over his shoulder while he worked. more

Late night servce 12/14/2017

I arrived home at 10:15 p.m. and I could smell propane around my house. I called TGO and spoke to a polite and understanding phone representative. A technician arrived before 11:00 p.m. John P. was courteous and worked quickly to shut off the tank to stop additional leakage. He had to hook up a temporary tank to keep us supplied with propane while they plan for a more permanent solution to my issue. Thank you John from Easton. more
