Worst

This place is the worst. They hide things like dealer added options. They hide what it takes to get it repaired and they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TO SPEAK OF.

I brought my Rav 4 in for the 15,000 mile check up. I had a problem with one of the tires losing air and they checked them. The rear tire had a nail in it and they patched for me. I was really glad I had mentioned that previous problem. The service department has always done a great job servicing my Rav 4 (previous and present cars). It's a little bit of a drive from my house but it's worth it. Thank you Tri County! more

Good experience 3/23/2008

We recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a good experience. They loaned us the car to try and then matched another dealer's price. The salesman that we worked with, Jim, was kind, easy to deal with and concerned with answering our questions. \r \r The dealership also offers free yearly inspections and emissions tests for all of our family vehicles, not just the Toyota we purchased from them. more

Very Good experience 9/20/2005

My wife and I recently traded in our European Sedan for a Toyota. We previously owned a toyota, and we are glad to be back. The staff here were friendly and capable. We negotiated a very good deal on a 2005, when they were new (back in Oct 2004). We would definitely recommend them to anyone. As with all car dealerships, know what you want, and how much you should be paying, and make a deal. If you walk in clueless, you are a sucker ready to be worked over, no matter where you go.
