Trevino's Digital Photography delivers nice professional pictures. However, I would not recommend their service to anyone because they have such a rude, untactful, unprofessional staff that feels that a patron's business is more of a privilege than a service. They have responded rudely in telephone conversations (Josie) quoting such things as, ""if you don't like our service feel free to go somewhere else"". I have personally heard her make comments to other customers over the phone. She has responded to me regarding another customer's complaint, ""people expect too much and they shouldn't expect us to do everything for them at the snap of their fingers"". I couldn't believe she was complaining to me about another customer. Needless to say, I got the same treatment a month later when their office screwed up on my daughter's order and lost her pictures. She did tell me it was the office's mistake, but was rude and did not apologize or even attempt to correct the problem. She simply stated, ""we will call you later we are busy right now"". The problem is that schools and events such as MYSA (Mcallen Youth Soccer Association) contract bad businesses like Trevino's Photography to cater photography sessions such as Senior High School Portraits, Homecoming, Prom, Cheerleading, sports events, etc. and these people feel like they are god's gift in photography to mcallen. They have forgotten what a real business is: people who buy their work. They forgot that the public made them who they are and they have taken the business for granted. Worst of all, you can't change the fact they are contracted through sports events and you can't not buy your daughter's team pictures simply because you don't like the business. You buy the stuff because it's your daughter/son in the picture. That's the only reason they are in business. PLEASE SOMEONE STEP IN AND TAKE OVER. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS.
