Representative: No weekdays only Me: Is there another representative that will meet us on Saturday morning?my boyfriend works nights and I work days, so it?s the only day we have available. Representative: No, if your serious about getting an apartment you make the time or go to the people who have nothing better to do for your window shopping. I'm to busy for that. People work around my schedule not yours. Sorry Me: Wow?.that?s a bit harsh considering I would be paying you, but ok. I am no longer interested. Thank you. Representative: Good waste someone elses time not mine Someone please explain to me what I did wrong in this scenario?!?!? I am open for criticism!! I was completely shocked by the response from a sales rep. You'd think he'd want to fill his vacancy as quickly as possible, but apparently, he'd rather be rude and annoy ordinary people just trying to go through the process of apartment searching. My suggestion...don't ever rent from this company if this is how one is treated in the first realm of conversation!!! and if you do decide to rent from them, i wish you the best of luck. more

My mom in law died on Easter morning.Her apt is paid for this month already.On 3 seperate occasions he has been caught trying to go into the apt or actually in the apartment showing potential tenants.We are in process of moving her valuables out and he's popping in unannounced with other people.ass. law states he must notify to set up a time to view itand he NEVER has.He has my wifes and her fathers contact info and has never used it.He went to the apt today when my friend was there to box up valuables with potential tenants and unlocked the door and came in.When my friend said you cant do that it is paid for Sean said ""hey she's dead now!""Cann you believe it?So he and other people can just walk in amongst jewelry,flat panel tvs,medication,checkbooks,social security numbers,credit cards and hidden money unsupervised like it's theres?The previous post was correct they answer NO phone calls.EVER.We called and left SEVERAL messages about the death and what's going on starting on Easter and have not received ONE CALL BACK!The guy even lied about his name like we never met,talked to him before!PLEASE.if you are looking to rent,avoid SEAN LAHEY and THE TRENT THOMAS GROUP like the plague.
