Been there twice... never again. It was very over priced, staff acted like they worked at McDonalds, bathrooms disgusting. Their ""chef"" should be shot! I guarantee the person that wrote the other review works there or owns it lol! Cons: cost, food, bathrooms, people more

Comforting place to Sleep and Eat 1/17/2010

The Tremont is unlike any place I've ever been. Unparalleled security (private entrance for all guests) makes safety an unsuspected comfort; elegant and graceful rooms provide cozy, pampered warmth; basic food cooked with a gourmet flair satisfies the appetite. BUT, it's the decor that's not to be missed. Truly a treat in the middle of Iowa. Pros: Most luxurious hotel in region - great food in 3 restaurants Cons: ummmmm, don't know any more
