Treasure Coast Towing-Trnsprt

DO NOT USE!!!! I called my insurance company and they contacted these clowns. I was told they would be to my location in an hour or less. 1:15 minutes later I call the towing dispatch and was told the driver would call me right away. Well he never called. I called my insurance company and was given the song and dance they would contact them and see what's going on and they say it will be another 15 minutes. About 10 minutes later the driver calls and says he's gonna be at least 35 more minutes. Another 15 minutes I call towing company to explain my displeasure and I'm given nothing but excuses. Jennifer, supposed manager/owner...... I don't need excuses. Your excuses get nothing done and are a waste if both of our time. If you can't be on time then be straight up with your customers. I could have called Kauffs towing and just paid out of my pocket rather than deal with insurance company. You both lost customers tonight!!! I waited over three hours for my vehicle to be towed. I called the place after an hour and said my keys are in the vehicle because I am getting a ride to the car shop. Another hour goes by and they tell me they are fifiteen minutes away. After 45 minutes they say the driver is 10 minutes away. Yet another 30 minutes later they tell me the driver is at the gate. The driver hasn't even been told the keys are in the car so they waste time hounding my roommate for the car keys. The driver finally drops my car off. But after a cigarette in the truck of course. He then half way puts my car crooked in parking spot and hands me the keys and takes off. No paperwork given to me or anything. Horrible horrible service\r more
