We ordered an elliptical to be sent from their shop to our home. They gave us a great price on the whole package (machine, delivery, service). This was too good to be true, however. After telling them two MONTHS after ordering that they should send the machine, they have yet to send us anything (after 3 weeks of waiting). They refuse to talk to us and the manager refuses to call us back. They say they sent the machine, yet they do not have the name of the company that they used to ship the machine. When they finally gave us the name of the company, they refused to give us the number of the shipping company. We call every other day and ask where our machine is and they have not given us an answer. DO NOT PURCHASE A MACHINE FROM THESE LAZY, UNORGANIZED PEOPLE.
Pros: nothing.
Cons: we did not receive our product.
