My car battery stalled in the middle of Holland road and we pushed it into this business' parking lot so I wouldn't get run over. It was three minutes past the business hours, but the manager was still there. I knocked on the door and asked if I could please use the phone, he yelled through the locked door, "We're closed! We aren't going to fix your car!" When I tried to explain that I didn't WANT him to fix my car, he still refused to open the door. Finally, we got a hold of AAA and they needed to speak to the manager of the store to make sure we weren't trying to default on paying him. (As in: If we had had this business try to fix our car and instead of paying what we owe, we were calling AAA to get the car out.) So, AAA tried to call the store and he refused to answer the phone thinking it was us trying to convince him to fix the car. It was ridiculous and infuriating. I'll never take my car here for anything. Next time, I'll risk the intersection.
