I was in visiting Austin from Florida 2 weeks ago and left my mask for my CPAP back home. I called around was not able to find anyone who was willing to help me until i came across Travis. Travis Medical always provides the best customer service everytime i visit their store. If they don't have the item in stock, its nice to be able to go to their website and purchase an item to have it shipped to my home. I try to always shop local so its nice to have the local shopping experience when purchasing online. more

I recently did business with Travis Medical on 34th in North Austin. They were very helpful and made sure I got the equipment I rented ASAP. No one else would help me out because it was so late in the afternoon on a Friday and they wouldn't deliver until the following week. Travis Medical went out of their way to help me and I really appreciate it. I will only do business with them from now on. more

recently purchased two blood pressure machines from Texas Medical on 34th street for my mother and mother in law, not only is the equipment great, they're also very friendly, courteous and were very thorough in showing us how the machines work. Great Job Texas Medical...Great customer service, great prices and very friendly. I will defintely return to your location. more
