Before starting our project with Tim Casey Construction, that?s what we heard. We had never heard anyone say anything positive about their contractor or their construction project. It was all doom and gloom. Well, we?re here to tell you that your project does not need to end up like so many others. It doesn?t have to be a nightmare.\r
We were extremely pleased with Nicole. From the moment we made first contact with the company, throughout the project, and even after completion, she was always quick to answer our questions by phone, e-mail, IM, or in person at the office. Her responsiveness is nothing short of incredible.\r
For the ongoing, day-to-day stuff, Tedd Mello, our project manager, did an excellent job of keeping us up-to-date and prepping us for the decisions we?d need to make in the weeks ahead. His execution and management of the workers and sub-contractors was impeccable.\r
One of the most important things we can tell you is that you need to be a part of the process. Unless Tim is going to move into your house, you can?t just sign a check and check out of the process. There are a lot of decisions to be made along the way, but your project manager will walk you through everything.\r
One thing I must point out is that with any non-trivial project, there will probably be some conflict ?? but that?s where Tim Casey really shines! We only had a few items of disagreement during the course of our project, but when they did occur, each of the members of Tim?s team handled them with grace, and more importantly, with compromise. They really want to make you happy!\r
All-in-all, we are very happy with our new addition and actually enjoyed the process of getting to the end result! We highly recommend Tim Casey Construction for your project. If you?d like to speak with us personally or see the results of Tim and team?s efforts, Nicole can provide you with contact information.\r
