I have had dinner at Travinia's twice since it opened in Lexington. The food was good, but not great as a whole. They have a few dishes that others I was there with really enjoyed, so it is likely dependent on what you order. Nicely decorated interior for Lexington. As with any new restaurant in Lexington, the wait at peak times has been obnoxious. The service was adequate the first time I was there and abysmal the second time. The hostesses felt as if they were doing you a favor by taking your party's name, and our server was difficult to find to put it mildly. In fact, they missed out on a dessert order from us by taking too long (15+ minutes) to come back to our table towards the end of our meal.
