They were horrible and rude. So glad I didn't go with them and chose to go with Finley's. I was very pleased with the work they did. Travers decided to write a horrible letter ripping me up one side & down the other for not going with them. If that is how you treat your customers, I'm glad I didn't use your services. I'm very surprised they've been in business as long as they have. All the reviews I've read, not one good thing has been said. What a shame. If I could give them less than a star it would be more like a negative 5 stars. THEY ARE HORRIBLE, RUDE & VERY INCONSIDERATE more

Tree Hackers 3/23/2009

These people don't listen, they just chop & hack. They left a mess, a couple of the guys looked hung-over, and we heard one of them making some ugly bigoted remarks about our neighbors. Pros: Happy they didn't hurt anybody! Cons: Over Priced! Showed up late! Really Poor Job! more

They do not follow instructions well, if at all. You get a hack job, no matter how carefully you instruct them. more

Excellent Tree Trimming 8/27/2008

Travers Trees has taken care of tree trimming and tree removal for us for several years. They've done a great job of removing trees whose roots were creating problems on our property, and last time around we also had them cut way back the ice plant facing the alley behind our house. They give really good service. more
