good value for the money. no elevators had to walk 3 flights carrying luggage. close to the Mall of America(3 mins). Staff very friendly, and fast when we needed items. Very quite hotel, pool was small, but good for children. more

Check out time was 11, and when my friend and I arrived at 1:30 on the day we were to check in, the guy at the front desk wasn't sure if our room was clean or not. He sent us up to the room with a key and we walked in on a guy in his underwear who hadn't checked out yet. Other than that, no problems at all. more

There really wasn't a problem with the room I had. It was cozy for 2. Heat and hot water was perfect. (A must for me) Didn't really need service being that I had nothing wrong. Room was on the ground floor which was also a great thing for me. When I come back (and I will) I would like that same room. more

Convenient location by the interstate--easy to navigate to many places. You get what you pay for. Good for travelers on a budget or on business. more

When I arrived at the hotel,I didn't know my way around. The attendant called a cab for me.I even got recommendations on take-out and such. I will surely return if I am in the area. more

Anyplace else is a waste of money. The front desk, housekeeping, everyone was just great. No request was denied. We had two rooms for five nights, three adults and two small children. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean and very quiet. Location is right off highway. We rented a car, but Mall is a mile and hotel is walking distance to waterpark and food. Would definitely stay here again. Indoor pool was clean and open until 10 pm which was great. more

Highly recommend 2/8/2011

All the amenities of a high-end place for a fraction of the money. Everything was clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Family vacation from NY. Our 4 year old left favorite toy in the room, and staff went out of their way to find it for return. Housekeeping was excellent. We left a note for extra items and received more than we ever needed. We stayed 6 days, kids made huge messes and they vaccumed everyday. Pool was clean, room was spacious. Beds very comfortable. Location quiet. Saw several other families there. Breakfast was donuts, pastries, coffee, juice; everything prepackaged and fresh. Coffee was good. Walking distance to restaurants and waterpark. Mall only a mile. Highly recommend. more

No problems 2/2/2011

No problems with the hotel, but changes could be made to the prepackaged rolls that are handed out at breakfast. I usually try for something whole grain and not overly sweetened. The only problem is that the breakfast area is the size of an 8 X 10 room. more

The great thing about this hotel is it's location and the overall size of the room -absolutely no complaints!! The continental breakfast was the worst I have EVER seen. All that was offered was packaged danishs and juice. The pool area definitely left a lot to be desired and didn't seem very clean. We had problems with people running up and down the halls, knocking on our door and calling our room during the middle of the night. Staff did try thier best to fix that situation. more

The hotel is nice for the price. But the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. One thing I point out is the room had a small refrigerator and microwave which was awesome. I would recommend it !! more

We looked in to this hotel monts ago. We called but the message sounded like a home phone. We called Information. They told aboun the Travelodge in St. Paul. The St. Paul one is dirty and 20 Min. to the mall of america. This is 1/2 Mile to the mall. It was very clean. I would stay there again! more

The room was cozy and had a microwave and refrigerator, I found out later that there was an indoor pool and hot tub which was great. on top of that they had free high speed wireless if I wanted to use my laptop, but they have complementary computer in the lobby, so I used that to print directions to the Target Center to see Timberwolves vs the Celtics and KG. more

There were 3 adults in my group and the room was very roomy! It was perfect for our needs. We were right next to Mall of America and other places we needed to be. Overall very satisfied with our stay there, especially for the price. more
