As a first time traveler, I found the agents at Travel Pros to be absolutely delightful! My husband planned our honeymoon through them and they helped us every step of the way and even got us a military discount at our resort, helped us make sure we had most reasonably priced airfare and travel time, and a shuttle to get us to and from the airport in Jamica! Travel Pros made a traveler out of me! more

Dear Craig Smith, It was just brought to my attention that you have posted this horrible review about Travel Pros and me personally. I was debating on whether to respond because I did not want to sink to your level, but I feel I must respond with the truth. Your issue is with Sean Brickell and HRADA. HRADA purchased your trip for you for $1500 to be used by Oct 2010, what ever was over that amount you were personally responsible for. Once you were ready to make payment on the reservation that you confirm to be correct, your cc was declined. HRADA paid for your Air Tran airline tickets which are non refundable. As for the hotel and lift tickets and transfers, they were part of a package which you were well aware of the total cost. After receiving multiple bullying phone calls 4mths after the certificate expired, I asked Sean Brickell to remove my business from booking your reservation, He asked me to do him a favor and just get you booked. I did what I was asked of my client HRADA. more

I DO NOT TRUST THIS TRAVEL AGENT and would NEVER use them again. The single worst travel booking experience in my 25 years of traveling. The owner, Jennifer Ellsworth, did not return at least 8 phone calls, did not reply to numerous emails, the initial booking was incomplete ....not a great way to run a business. WORST OF ALL I paid $774 more than others with the exact same travel arrangements. When I asked her to see if she could find a way to match the other itineraries she said ""No"" When I expressed a desire to cancel my reservation (still within the first 24 hours) she informed me that I would forfeit all moneys except the airfare. I am told this is a business practice of Travel Pros not the wholesaler. Don't use this company.....nothing but problems and the problems start with the owner. more
