My company was referred to TCI several years ago, by a friend who also owns a company that travels on a weekly basis, and needs to fly person/s with short notice to any number of destinations both domestically and internationally. We worked with Lisa and Linda, both of whom were fast & accurate. We use the agency on a regular basis, and enjoy savings averaging 35% below what we were able to find online or elsewhere- after their well deserved ticketing fee. They also have a wonderful agent for vacations, & group travel- Jenene. She's arranged seamless group travel for meetings and incentives for us, and is a joy to work with. I couldn't help but note the other review for TCI- incompetence is not tolerated by the owner, and clearly the post must have been written by a disgruntled employee who was let go as I , and my many associates, have never had anything but positive experiences with the agency. I highly recommend TCI for corporations looking to save $$ (they have special rates for hotels and cars, too) - or for anyone looking for a vacation- their combined experience, and excellent customer service will definbitely satisfy even the most discerning traveler. more
