Garlic, Garlic, Garlic 10/23/2009

My wife and I went there for dinner 10/17/09, what a disappointment. Since when does garlic go with salmone? My seafood alfredo had such of an aftertaste of garlic I threw out the take home box along with the remaining salmone. We won't be going back. more

Excellent authentic Italian 8/28/2009

We love DiCarlo and order from there almost every friday. Being from Chicago, we've found ourselves dissappointed with most of the pizza offered in the Oak Creek area. Di Carlo is a breath of fresh air. Authentic, fresh toppings. Several crust options. Both the pizza and Italian dishes have been quite flavorful. The Chicken Saltimbocca was to die for. Definitely recommend. more

Great stuffed pizza 6/16/2005

My husband and I have found a great stuffed pizza that is close to where we live. We checked out Di Carlo's when it first opened and I was pregnant with our daughter. They were so friendly there! They gave us a free drink for waiting and dessert because I was pregnant. We mainly get the stuffed pizza but have had other items and they were delicious also. They are adding on so that is great! Definitely check it out. more
