Small but cozy italian restaurant in Pinecrest. Delicious food and wonderful service. I will definitely return for more and recommend it to everyone I know.

Amazing food and excellent service! Highly recommended. The fried calamari is to die for...the menu has a good variety and the daily specials are always a great choice more

A bit loud and congested. 8/9/2006

Our experience at Trattoria Luna was mixed. Though the service and food were good, the restaurant is very noisy and the seating is quite crowded. We felt as though we were having dinner with the people at the next table. Also, it is quite expensive as the menu is ala carte for the most part. They have the best gnocci and panna cotte in Miami but we didn't quite get on board with the potatoes that accompany the entrees as they seemed not quite authentically Italian. The afterdinner homemade Limoncello was a nice touch and the owner is charming. We'd try it again but never on a weekend. Pros: Gnocci and panna cotta Cons: Noise and tight seating more

Good food, goofy service 2/12/2006

Great location across from Dadeland in a strip mall with lots of parking. The food was good and in abundance. The server told me about the reservation history of the people I was meeting -- not really appropriate. It may have been because my guests were regulars, but the server was very casual and overly solicitous. They played ""They say it's your birthday (Beatles)"" for a birthday SO LOUDLY that we couldn't speak to each other -- and they played the whole d*mned song. Peculiar.
