Handmade caskets from the monks of New Mellaray Abbey.
Since 1849, Trappist Caskets has been committed to preserving the natural world. Some of the wood we use comes from our own forest. To continue the cycle, we plant a tree as a living memorial to each person who is buried in a Trappist Casket. Our monks view casket making as a corporal work of mercy. All caskets and urns are blessed by a monk.We offer a mass in remembrance of each person who has used a Trappist casket or urn, and inscribe their name in our Memorial Book.Call us today..
