Good: The trappers were good and got the animals.. Bad: The attitude of the owner when I dare ask him to show me that the repairs had actually been completed. He quickly became enraged when I explained to him the troubles I have had with scheduling, misinformation and lack of follow through with his staff. He cused at me and threatened me. I will not EVER call them back. If you want to be treated poorly by a company, go ahead and call, but this particular office is horrible!. Other: As a consumer, I simply asked if they had done the third repair. That is when the attitude began. I am a consumer and paying good money for the repairs, if you have a problem with me asking if they were done then you have the problem, not me!.
