OMG!!!!! Just bought a 2013 Chevy Captivia from Justin Hinds!!!!! He deserves a raise!!!! He was just amazing ....no pressure sales! He definitely made sure that my husband and I felt totally comfortable with the purchase. He made sure that we met all the super nice folks in the maintainance department should we run into any troubles with the car. The entire sales team is amazing and it clearly shows that they all work together to make sure you are 100 percent satisfied when you pull out in your in new car:) GO TRANUM AUTO SALES!!!! more

Tranum Auto Group had amazing customer service. In all of my 54 years, I have never been treated so good while buying a car. They really worked with me and knew exactly what I wanted. I appreciate that they made sure that the car I bought was equipt with everything I needed. I have been telling everybody at work about them. I highly recommend them. more

Best car-buying experience to date. 9/21/2014

I found a specific car that I was looking for on their lot via cars.com. I went up there wanting that car and that car only. They were incredibly helpful...no tricks, gimmics, trying to steer me to look at another car as I have seen before. They gave me more for my trade-in then what KBB quoted. Staff was VERY friendly. Highly recommended!!! more

My sales Rep, MeMe was great. She was very patient with me and helped me find just what I wanted. Jack got me just what I wanted for my trade-in. Christina really worked hard to get my payments where I needed them to be. I will go back to them first whenever I get ready to trade up again. more

Fantastic experience at Tranum 9/20/2014

My husband and I recently purchased a Buick Enclave at Tranum. Justin Hinds worked with us on finding our vehicle and he was the kindest and most helpful salesperson I think I have ever met! There was absolutely no pressure....we were even allowed to take home a couple of cars overnight to try out for several hours. Whenever we came back to the dealership with a question we were greeted with enthusiasm and a genuine eagerness to help us. So far the service there has been great, and whenever we go back there everyone knows us and it feels like family, really! I feels like I am walking into "Cheers"! I love my car and I love the people there. If you shop there you won't be disappointed. more

Awesome Experince 9/19/2014

Well i had went in set on getting me my dream car, which was a Chevy Impala, the semi newer version. Even though i was unable to get my dream car i was still able to get a car. I had no credit and my sales rep Justin didnt give up on me and i was in a 09 Chevy Malibu within days. So even though i didnt get the car my heart was set on, I was still able to drive off in a new to me car, but dont worry Tranum, i will be back to get my Chevy Impala..:-) more

Got my dream car! 9/19/2014

After 4 years of going to over 10 car lots for a Chevy camero i was turned down either bad credit or not enough credit.....so i was determined as ever lo and behold i got a letter in the mail tranum auto stating so i was like wth so i gave them a call at first i was like it was gonna be a waste of time but i went ahead and called them i spoke too justin hines!! i will never forget him he didn't stop until i got the car of my dreams!Also not ionly did i get the car i wanted i also got a great intr more

Outstanding service and employee's 9/19/2014

My husband and I purchased a 2013 Impala and we LOVE it. Justin and Christina both were great, I enjoyed each person I came into contact with during my visit at the dealership. GREAT 9/19/2014

It was a great experince overall. The Staff is a NO HAGGLE business. They will try to help you to stay with in your means and not try to make you buy a car that you cannot afford. When I bought my car the door has some minor damage but IMMEDIATLY the staff already had a plan on fixing it. It was done super fast with no hassle. As long as I live in Temple I will buy from Tranum. My Grandfather and little brother has also purchased cars from here. They said the same thing!!! more

My experience with Tranum Auto Sales was excellent. Justin was very helpful with finding a car that was perfect for me. Justin was very friendly, he answered all my questions and introduced me to the service department. When I picked up my car the next day it was very clean. Justin was also very kind as to help me turn in my rental car so I was able to drive my car home. I have to say he went above and beyond his duty as a sales representative with Tranum Auto Sales. I would be very happy to recommend Justin as a sales representative for anyone I know that is in the market of purchasing a vehicle, with Tranum Auto. more

No complaints 9/18/2014

I've bought two vehicles from Tranum Auto Group, including a truck back in 2007, and have had a pretty good experience there. This last time, the salesman was really nice and able to show me all of my options without being pushy. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I was able to get another car that I like from them at a reasonable price. Everything turned out great. more
